Before paid services open
Current VAT status is confirmed: not VAT registered, with no VAT charged. Unlimited properties and council-area pricing are confirmed. We must complete and test additional-area billing, hardware specifications and final delivery totals, support and launch scope, export/retention arrangements, internal case allocation and cover, recruitment and conflict controls, supplier and retention arrangements, referral safeguards and professional review. Voluntary cancellation is confirmed: monthly payment in advance, no refund for the unused paid period (subject to rights required by law), access until its end and no next renewal. A purchased plaque may be kept, but QR service ends with entitlement. The legal pack remains a dated draft; existing acceptance records are preserved.
