THE HOUSINGASSURED TRUST MARK · SOFT SAGE FULL SEAL

HousingAssured Standard of Trust — Soft Sage full seal — design preview, no live certificationSelected full seal · Soft Sage · Design preview

The Standard of Trust seal

Our selected Soft Sage full seal puts safe homes, everyday support and clear responsibility at the centre.

The house places people’s homes at the centre. The shield and check represent evidence being assessed. Six dots stand for the six areas of accountability. “People first” keeps the purpose clear.

A seal should lead to answers. It should connect to a provider’s public assessment, where people can read the score, reasons, scope and review dates.

The chosen full seal

Soft sage, deep green lettering and an ivory centre give the mark a clear, welcoming finish. Download this same full seal in a scalable format or as a high-resolution image.

SVG stays sharp when scaled. The PNG is 1600 × 1600 pixels with a transparent background outside the circle.

Trust you can check.

The mark should always sit alongside a clear status and a way to read the assessment. This fictional example shows how that could work.

What gives the mark meaning?

Evidence behind the design

A score must come from the published assessment method, with reasons people can read. Resident review ratings remain separate.

Clear scope and dates

Show which organisation or service was assessed, when it was checked and when the next review is due.

Current status stays visible

People need to see restrictions, suspension or withdrawal clearly. A saved badge image cannot confirm a provider’s current status.

Improvement and a fair process

Providers can respond to findings, improve and appeal. A reported concern alone does not prove failure.
