40-SECOND EXPLAINER · FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION

One scan. The essentials, straight away.

See how an inspector on a spot check or a visiting staff member can scan the property QR and read the brief without requesting a code, signing in or buying membership.

Captioned animation with four distinct images: scanning the QR, reading the brief, checking maintenance and updating the record. Each scene appears once. No real property, person’s record or live inspection is shown. No audio track.

Digital service included. Hardware is optional.

A member may print a paper QR instead of buying a plaque. A separately purchased plaque is theirs to keep after cancellation; the linked brief becomes unavailable when membership entitlement ends.

Standard provider membership includes the digital property noticeboard service and the linked branded QR plaque option. If you want HousingAssured to manufacture, supply and post a physical plaque, you must purchase the plaque and delivery separately.

A powered wall tablet is an optional upgrade for viewing without a phone. Planned one-off prices are £49.99 per branded QR plaque and £399.99 per tablet kit, in addition to membership. These are planning prices, not open offers. HousingAssured is not currently VAT registered and no VAT is charged. If this changes before orders open, the final total and VAT treatment will be stated before purchase. Orders remain closed until the equipment specification, final payable total and delivery, and faults/returns terms are confirmed. Installation, electricity and internet are not included; any additional cost will be stated before purchase.

Scan and read

An enabled property QR opens the safe public brief immediately. Check certificate dates, approved maintenance status and targets, notices and shared work contacts where safe. The brief is read only.

Update once

Authorised staff update My account → My properties. The same QR then shows approved changes, with separate information-update, staff-confirmation and connection times. No replacement plaque is needed for routine updates.

Keep private information protected

No resident names, support records, occupancy figures, permission references, private addresses or files appear in the brief. Sensitive-location briefs also omit free-text notices and contacts, and use generic repair summaries.

Optional powered display

A compatible tablet can show the same brief without a visitor’s phone. The optional hardware kit is extra. Installation, power, internet, placement permission and device security need to be arranged; this is not an emergency or life-safety display.
